Do you ship outside of the US?
At this time Made Just Right Printing does not ship outside of the US.
How long does it take to receive my order?
It will take 7-10 business days. Weather can prevent delays in shipping.
What happens after I place my order?
You will receive an email confirmation after payment is made if the order is made directly online. If you make a custom order an itemized invoice will be sent via PayPal to the email provided.
What payment methods do you accept?
All forms of payment are accepted through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to make a payment.
Am I being charged sales tax?
Currently, a sales tax of 6% will be added to each order. However this is subject to change at any time according to state or federal law.
What is the return policy?
If you are not satisfied in any way, please email us at info@madejustrightprinting.com within 5 days of receipt of goods and let us know the issue. We have a 100% money back guarantee, so we will either refund your payment or immediately correct the order to your complete satisfaction. All items must be returned in its original condition with tags attached. Items will not be accepted if it is worn or altered in any fashion. Please refer to Return Policy.
Will a design print size affect what shirts sizes I can order?
Possibly. A large design print might not fit onto a youth small shirt, fitted ladies shirt or tank, and conversely, the smaller print size required for a youth or ladies shirt might look too small for an adult XL shirt. Our design team will let you know any potential conflicts during the art approval process. The common solution is to print a smaller version of your design on the youth shirts. However, depending on the complexity of your design, there can be an additional cost involved. We will work with you to keep this to a minimum while getting your desired outcome.
How do I make a custom order?
Please fill out the form on the Contact Page and someone will get back to you within 48 business hours. You can also email us directly at info@madejustrightprinting.com.
Do you charge a setup fee for custom orders?
A one time setup fee of $25 will be charged for all custom orders.
Do I have to pay upfront?
All orders must be paid in full before start of work.
Can I pick up the item in person?
At this time, this is an online store only. All items will be shipped to the address provided.
I don't have time to do my own design. Will you do it for me?
Absolutely! We offer FREE design service and encourage our customers to take advantage of this. We have over 10 years experience and our design team will come up with options for you. We will take into consideration what items you are purchasing so that the design can be tailored to that product.
What Formats Are Acceptable For Uploading An Image?
We accept artwork in the following formats: AI, EPS, GIF, JPG, BMP, PNG, PSD. Our file size limit is 5MB. For vectored formats (AI, EPS) please be sure to convert all fonts to paths. For image formats, a dpi of 200 or higher is recommended. If you have problems with your file upload, please use our contact form or email info@madejustrightprinting.com to send us the file and we will assist you with any issues or convert it to an accepted format.
Up to how many colors can I order?
The maximum colors for a custom order is 4. If you have any other special requests someone will let you know if we can accommodate. In some instances, there will be an up charge for special requests. An email will sent with the total for the job before the printing starts.
Do you only do screenprint?
No. We also do heat transfers.
